Merck Animal Health’s Unconditional social responsibility platform launched at the National sales meeting in January 2020. JNA developed an essence video to help announce to all attendees that the purpose and pillars of Unconditional. It was a hit. Throughout 2020, JNA lead the strategy and execution of the first 3 Unconditional pillars – Caring to make the world a better place, respect for the veterinary profession and compassion for animal care and welfare. The platform
gained so much traction, Unconditional became the theme of the 2021 North America Sales Meeting – where Canada has now adapted to the platform. We continue to develop content to better demonstrate how Unconditional is being delivered daily at Merck Animal Health.
